Dennis R. Plummer has been involved with homelessness and housing issues since the late 1980s. His involvement has included undercover investigation of shelter conditions, working as emergency shelter overnight staff, crafting public policy, serving in food lines, leading program and policy design and teaching English as a second language. A published newspaper journalist and former school administrator, Mr. Plummer now serves as CEO of Heading Home. He was honored as a Top New Mexico CEO in 2014 and received a 2020 CEO Today Healthcare award. He enjoys virtual reality, extreme sports and can really settle into reading a good book!
