Keeping Families Together Program
388 Family Members Housed
Keeping Families Together is a pilot program with the State’s Children, Youth and Families Department. It provides permanent supportive housing and case management to families with a history of abuse or neglect, who are experiencing homelessness. The program began in February 2015 and has transitioned more than 380 family members into housing.
