Housing Programs
Heading Home oversees several government funded housing programs for individuals and families ranging from sober living support to permanent supportive housing. All programs require a referral from community providers. Criteria for each of the housing programs varies. If you are seeking housing, please contact your case manager, care coordinator, or other support resource. They will need to submit a referral for you.
