Outreach

If you live in Albuquerque you are no stranger to seeing people experiencing homelessness on the streets, in the parks, and other areas of the city.  Our street outreach team, Street Connect, spends every day connecting with people, providing information, and guiding them to support services and medical resources for assistance.

Street Connect provides housing vouchers and hotel vouchers through two of our programs. Most of our clients are referred by APD, hospitals, and other community support service agencies. Housing vouchers are limited to Street Connect clients. Motel vouchers are provided to individuals and partner agencies when available.
