Robert LaCour is a native New Mexican. He was born in Las Vegas, NM but raised in Albuquerque and he graduated from Valley High School in 1993. Before joining the Heading Home team Robert worked as a machine operator and in electronic manufacturing. Robert has three  Associates degrees from CNM one in Human Services, one in Pre Law, and one in Criminology. He is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree in Human Services at Highlands University. Robert values education because it opened his mind and gave him a new perspective on life.

Robert is passionate about being a father. He loves his wife and seven kids. His firstborn daughter  Bobbi Renee LaCour passed away in 2017. In his spare time, he spends quality time with his family. He doesn’t waste any time when it comes to his children, after losing his eldest daughter, he takes nothing for granted and embraces every moment with them.
