Heading Home regularly posts job openings for positions at our downtown Annex location, the Albuquerque Opportunity Center and the Westside Emergency Housing Center. We are currently hiring for the positions listed below and we post new opportunities regularly.

ABQSC Clinician

The Albuquerque StreetConnect Clinician will supervise the program navigators and will provide direct clinical services to ABQSC clients, as necessary. In addition, work as the point person to ensure effective community engagement and coordination for our population that we serve. ABQSC UNM Navigator

Under direct supervision, work closely with community providers community health and behavioral health providers, and numerous other social services agencies to provide Intensive navigation and care coordination for persons who are experiencing homelessness with behavioral health disorders, persons with co-occurring disorders, and persons who are high utilizers of the emergency systems.  Click here to view the complete job posting and application instructions.

Administrative Clerk

Heading Home is accepting applications for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for filing all client and housing related information, track accounts payables, such as the rents, utilities, deposits, etc., and accounts receivables such as rents paid to Heading Home by program participants. Albuquerque Heading Home Case Manager

This case manager will work specifically with existing clients of the Albuquerque Heading Home initiative (AHH). The case manager will provide Tier 3 home visits/case management services for an average of 60 clients. Click here to view the complete job posting and application instructions.

AOC Custodians

AOC PRN

Overnight Security Guard

Rapid Rehousing Case Manager

Respite Resident Assistant

Heading Home is accepting applications for a Respite Resident Assistant. SOAR Representatives

Our SOAR representative, Teddi Rivera, is accepting applications for certified SOAR Representatives. This is a subcontractor position working under the supervision of our SOAR Specialist.  Interested parties MUST be SOAR Certified through Policy Research Associates, Inc. to be considered. WEHC Campus Monitor
