By donating your vehicle to Heading Home, you’re investing in a proven solution to make homelessness rare, short-lived and non-recurring in New Mexico.  In addition, by donating a working vehicle, you may qualify for tax deductions, that are greater than simply donating a non-working vehicle.

Have a vehicle that isn’t running, and can’t be used directly in our programs?

We’ve partnered with One Community Auto who refurbishes your donated vehicle, then sells it at their pre-owned retail lot in Albuquerque. This maximizes your vehicle’s value and ensures a higher write-off for you and a larger donation to Heading Home.

If your car is wrecked or won’t start, that’s OK! We’ll accept anything on wheels, running or not.
