Our ABQ StreetConnect team along with outreach team assistance from HopeWorks, Albuquerque Healthcare for the Homeless, and First Nations Community HealthSource have distributed 300 hygiene kits to unsheltered individuals around Albuquerque.
We are grateful to the City of Albuquerque and Walgreens for making this possible! These kits are a start to engaging unsheltered individuals with the ultimate goal of providing them with resources and permanent supportive housing.
