Despite the COVID-19 outbreak our ABQ StreetConnect team has continued to help people experiencing homelessness throughout Albuquerque who are the highest utilizers of emergency services.
The team has been continuing to provide assistance to clients on a personal level and helping them navigate appropriate services and housing. We are grateful to all of our community partners who have helped along the way specifically Catholic Charities of Central New Mexico, UNM Hospital, and Therapeutic Living Services. The team has successfully housed six individuals since the start of the coronavirus pandemic!
